For faster troubleshooting, you can send diagnostic logs directly from D-Minder. Go to Profile > Settings > Export Debug Logs. This sends anonymized technical information that helps us identify issues quickly.
When contacting support, please include your device model, OS version, and app version (found in Profile > About). This helps us resolve issues faster.
